Dormitory
Dormitory at Ladera International School of Saipan is located on the beautiful hill of Saipan, with a huge swimming pool behind the building. The dormitory is united by a telecommunications network that provides school-wide Internet access, and a bus service.

Library/Media Center
The school offers substantial library and media center services to L.I.S.S. students and teachers on a daily basis throughout the year. These services are designed to play a crucial role in supporting and enriching the educational program of the school at all levels. In addition to an extensive collection of over 5,000 books, the library provides a wide variety of newspapers and magazines, as well as access to numerous CD-ROM's and to the Internet via 5 new computer work stations established for general use. The library is supervised by a full-time librarian and is open from 8:20 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. every day of the school year. Parents are invited to use the library resources whenever they wish, provided there is no conflict with school use of same.

School Canteen
The school canteen is open from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. every day that school is in session. An attractive and comfortable eating area with counters and tables is now equipped with a sound system for music during secondary school breaks. A good variety of food and drink is available at reasonable prices, including fruit and fruit juices, bread sticks, sandwiches freshly made, various specials (such as pizza) on a rotating basis, and ice cream (in season). A Canteen Price List is sent home to all elementary parents and posted around school for the secondary students. A Canteen Committee consisting of the operations manager, two teachers (one from kindergarten, one from elementary), and two secondary students meets at least twice a year with the canteen operator to oversee canteen operations in general, and to make suggestions for improvements or additional offerings. Students who do not wish to eat from the school canteen are free to bring a bag lunch and drinks from home.

Swimming Pool /Auditorium
The swimming pool / /auditorium is located at the heart of the school and serves many functions, being used alternatively for Physical Education and Drama classes, assemblies, plays, concerts, public meetings, dances, swimming lessons and almost on a daily basis as a secondary lunchroom. The school has a portable stage and an advanced sound and light system for the auditorium, which are set up for the many concerts and assemblies that are held throughout the year.

Computer Lab
The Computer lab currently contains a network of new Pentium computers with LCD monitors and CD-ROM's running under WindowsXP. The lab is connected to the Internet and the World Wide Web. Students in all grades have scheduled computer classes in the lab which are designed to develop the entire spectrum of skills, from basic keyboarding to advanced technology applications. The overall aim of the technology program at all levels is to help students navigate on their own as quickly as possible in today's fast-moving technological environment. As a precaution, software is being installed which will stop students from visiting unsuitable web sites and an Acceptable Use Policy statement has been adopted and must be signed by all secondary students and their parents before the school's computer programs can be accessed for their use.
