2008-2009 ENROLLMENT Procedure
- Fill out an application form.
- Bring the completed application form, the application fee of $45 , and a current CHC shot record to Ladera International School Administration Office. For students in grades 1-11, an official report card from the last school attended with the previous year's grades is required at the time of registration.
- Complete registration card and pay registration fees as follows:
Enrollment fees: Registration: new students only______ - $200.00/student ___
Books: kindergarten__--------___ - $200.00/student ___
Grades 1-8___---------__ - $300.00/student ___
Grades 9-12___-----___ - $400.00 /student ___
- Tuition fees per year is payable in ten (10) convenient payments. The first payment is due on August 1, 2008; all remaining payments are due on the tenth of each month thereafter. Payments not made by the 15 th of the month will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. If the 15 th falls on a weekend, payments must be made before the 15 th to avoid late fees. A Financial Agreement must be signed at the LISS Administration Office. (A sample agreement is enclosed.)
- All new foreign students must submit proof of INS entry permit.
__-_If you pay for the entire year, a 10% discount will be applied to the present annual tuition rate.
